Firstly I think we have to be a little stoic in our outlook if we want to remain unfazed by the circumstances you have mentioned. Secondly we must never lose an opportunity to highlight our plight (rhyme unintended)during our interaction with senior executives. The fear of reprisals should not choke our vocal chords. We live in a free country after all. Thirdly we must do our jobs to the best of our abilities. THOSE WHO CAN, DO. THOSE WHO CANNOT, PREACH. So let us be doers. I know you are one, so there is a sharp contrast in what you have expressed and what you really are.Fourthly and most importantly - if we find that all efforts to be at peace with our inner selves comes to nought - let us mark time till we earn our pensions.So it is a matter of just another four and a half years years. What do you say to that?

It's that time of the year again I hear. There are SIX horses running for ONE post at the podium. Last year there were five for one post. Some improvement I must say !!! At the present rate - there wont be any race in 2006 and in 2007 there will be SEVEN horses running again for just ONE post. What a fantastic org we are working in ?? It is cruelty on the part of the management to make OLD horses run like this every year. The major credit for this state of affairs goes to our self serving seniors and some so-called friends of the cadre. You get the drift guys ?? Know what I mean ?? Post your comments.
